Dr. Hsiao is passionate about creating healthy, natural-looking smiles that stand the test of time. A graduate of the University of the Pacific, Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry, Dr. Hsiao graduated near the top of his class and has remained deeply committed to continuing education throughout his career. He regularly pursues advanced training in implant dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, full-mouth rehabilitation, occlusion, and digital dentistry to provide patients with the most modern, predictable, and conservative treatment options available.

Before establishing Huntington Beach Dental Arts, Dr. Hsiao proudly served as a dental officer in the United States Navy, where he provided comprehensive dental care in a highly disciplined clinical environment. That experience reinforced the values that continue to guide his practice today: integrity, precision, accountability, and putting patients first.

More than anything, Dr. Hsiao values the relationships he builds with his patients.
